Week 1

We made it!

What a great first week it has been! Honestly, all the aides and I are amazed at how wonderfully-behaved our class is. We spend a lot of time this week practicing class rules and getting the routine down. We have am and pm center rotations that tend to take a little time to get used to, but these guys are getting it down surprisingly fast. All related services should begin some time next week. We also look forward to a field trip at the Timpanogos Story Telling Festival next Friday at 10:00. Look for a permission slip and the chance to volunteer to accompany us on this trip in your child's backpack on Monday.


Here is a copy of the story we made about our class rules. If your child's picture is covered in the book it is because I have not yet received the photo/video permission slip and need this before his/her picture can be displayed on this blog. Have fun reviewing this book with your child--we will print a copy to use in our classroom as well.
